Underwriters are the cornerstones to this business. They must be able to analyze a business and it’s financial state and assess if the business qualifies for one or more of our funding options/programs.
Underwriters must have a thorough understanding about small to large independent businesses, financial documents and a business’s financial trends, including seasonality and general industry changes. At TSM, this position also has performance incentives and growth potentials.
ISO managers are an integral part to the TSM sales network. We are looking for forward thinking individuals with networking and management skills to find and develop sales relationships with both individual ISOs and larger brokerage houses.
This position is incentive based with tremendous growth potential. Candidates can find success by themselves, but also have an opportunity to grow their own sales team that they can manage internally.
The Funding Coordinator Team is responsible for generating contracts, receiving and reviewing required documents, and coordinating directly with underwriters and sales managers to fund deals.
This position requires attention to detail, problem solving skills and team communication skills.
